Within Luxembourg, we deliver within a maximum of 2 hours.

We regularly drive to central points and conduct shuttle services between your branches at agreed times. In addition, we deliver your letters to a specified group of recipients and manage your post office boxes upon request.

Large deliveries

You need to deliver a large amount of wine, but don’t know how? We transport bulky packages with a volume of up to 11 m³ and a maximum weight of 1,300 kg well-protected and with our modern fleet.

Whether it’s for trade, industry, print shop, design studio or winery – we take care of the transport for you and personally ensure that your shipment arrives safely at the recipient.

Special transports

You want to transport your sports car from Luxembourg to Monaco? We will have your vehicle professionally appraised and prepared for transport abroad.

For the insured transfer, we use open or closed trailers, which are especially suitable for transporting vehicles.

Technical inspection & registration

You need to register your new vehicle, but never have time to go to the registration office (SNCA) during opening hours? We take care of the registration of your vehicle and are happy to assist you with the formalities related to the import and export of all types of vehicles. Furthermore, we also take care of the annual technical inspection (SNCT) of your vehicle and bring it to you together with the inspection report.

Post office box

We drive to the post office for you in the morning and empty your post office boxes or accept your letters and parcels sent by registered mail. In the evening, we personally pick up your outgoing mail and deliver it to the post office.

As an additional service, we will also gladly take care of the daily franking of your outgoing mail.

Our delivery and pick-up times are flexible – we adapt them to suit your business hours and are happy to tailor our services to meet your individual requirements.

Apostille & Notarization

We guarantee daily trips to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and fast processing of your applications and apostilles.

We also guarantee the receipt of your visa and notarization by the notaries, ministers, and ambassadors. At your request, we can also travel to consulates and embassies abroad for you.

• If necessary, request for documents from the Commercial Register/Luxembourg Business Register “RCS-L/LBR”.
• E.g.: Extracts from the Commercial Register with electronically qualified signature
• Registration via Guichet.lu
• Fixed price for the round trip from you to the MAE/BPVL (no additional waiting time will be charged)

Please note: 

We cannot provide any exact information about the processing period, as this is managed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and we have no influence on it.

We will pay any fees at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for you and charge them to you.

Since 16.08.2019, this applies to all documents with electronic signatures, e.g. extracts from the Commercial Register:

The Office of Passports, Visas and Legalization has simplified the submission of electronically signed documents for notarization/apostille.

All electronically signed documents (e.g. extracts from the Commercial Register) must be submitted electronically using the online procedure.

Submission of documents

We submit your documents to the Luxembourg Inland Revenue (ACD), AED and LBR on time. As an additional service, we deliver your monthly or annual VAT returns to the tax office on your behalf and have them confirm receipt of the documentation.
